Astoria Hotel Italia - Udine

Astoria Hotel Italia provides an excellent work-friendly experience with a lovely view of the piazza. The hard wood floors in the rooms added a touch of elegance, and the king-size bed, which they refer to as a matrimonio bed, was very comfortable. Conveniently located parking is available behind the hotel for 18 euros a day. The breakfast, priced at 12 euros per person, features a full buffet with a variety of tasty options, ensuring a solid start to the day.

It has to offer a savoury and bountiful breakfast with pastries, hams plus decent coffee. The room is recently refurbished and great-sized for the chair, everything is perfect. We would like to stay longer, this hotel met the demands...

Solo traveler prepped for adventures

Checkin was easy and I got a lovely upgrade to a top floor room. The breakfast was very nice, a real solid start to the day with a good variety, just what I needed after a long night.

It wasn't cheap , but for the quality and everything, still acceptable.

Fairness of staff, location

Pedestrian area, the best and comfortable location, very close to airport, the historic centre and comparably priced restraurants. Again, walking distance to Piazza della Liberta. Silent and newly renovated room on the top floors. Lots of facilities like: an electric kettle, a mini fridge bar, and air conditioning.

The hotel has a superb central location for exploring Udine.

The breakfast for 12 euros was disappointing, with many items not replenished even close to the end of serving. The TV selection was hardly useful, stuck with mostly Italian channels.

The staff at the Astoria was excellent! The rooms are very nice and the location of the hotel is very good. The breakfast featured a wide assortment of foods-something for everyone! I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Udine.

Wonderful central hotel with great staff and attention to detail. Would stay there again anytime. Upgraded to a suite which was an added plus.

This place was a strong match for shopping in Udine with fantastic value for money. The wide corridors and classy furnishings made the stay feel special. Check out the buffet breakfast for great food options.

Hotel service is excellent. I went there by car and hotel staff came to me at the car parking garage and carried my baggage to the room. The reception is farely fast enough. The room is spacy and clean. The room rate is very very attractive. The restaurant on the ground floor serves wonderful Italian foods with wine at very reasonable price and good service. I traveled more than 40 countries and more than 500 towns in the world but this hotel is one of the best among all I stayed through my trip's experience. I strongly recommend this hotel to everyone for both business and pleasure.
